History

Fulcrum Software Corporation was formed in 1998 in Raleigh, NC. Our primary business is developing custom software solutions based around our automated background check technology. We help our clients figure out how to automate their processes to save time and money.

K-12 and Automated Background Check Specialties

We've been working with K-12 school systems for over 17 years. We understand the issues that are unique to school systems. We can help school systems figure out their policy options in addition to their software systems. We are currently working with school systems that range in size from 10,000 students to 150,000 students.

In addition, we have been providing automated background check solutions to licensing boards since 2012.

Our primary point of emphasis is good relationships with our clients. We don't just set up a software system and walk away. Another focus for us is effectiveness. We try to ensure that our software is making an impact on our clients' day-to-day operations.
