Fulcrum-DS — What's Going On?
Central office administrators finally have a way to find out what is happening at all of the schools in their LEA. Fulcrum-DS provides one-click, up-to-the-minute information on suspensions in the LEA.
For example, administrators can quickly find out which schools have the most suspensions per capita.

In addition, administrators can view a suspension summary by race and gender. As you know, the No Child Left Behind Act requires breaking down student data into race and gender subgroups.

More Than Just Data We designed Fulcrum-DS with the unique needs of central office administrators in mind. The system does more than just store suspension data; Fulcrum-DS is structured to help administrators handle suspensions the way they actually work. Here are two examples: · Many school systems offer counseling (such as Project FIND) as an alternative to long-term suspension for first-time drug offenders.
