AOC Updates
The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) makes certain data extracts available to the public for a subscription fee. Fulcrum DOC downloads these data extracts every night and imports them into a master database.

Matching Process
Fulcrum DOC uses a proprietary 8-step intelligent algorithm to cross-reference your employees against the update from the courts. This algorithm is the reason for the accuracy and affordability of the service. The final part of the nightly process is the delivery of the notifications - these emails have attachments which contain details about the charged offense.

What if I miss an email?
Every week, Fulcrum DOC will send you a summary of the previous week's activity. In addition, there is a website where you can check for any matches during the previous 30 days.
